HABITAT FOR HUMANITY
"Habitat for Humanity Tucson offers an innovative solution to the crisis of poverty housing by giving a hand up, not a hand out. We accomplish our mission by building homes in partnership with the community and with low-income families." Visit Site.
Radiology Ltd. employees at several imaging centers and at centralized scheduling are holding several internal bake sales to benefit Habitat Tucson (Habitat for Humanity in Tucson). Employees also ate lunch at the Fuddruckers on Speedway Blvd. in February; Fuddruckers donated a portion of the day's food sales to Habitat Tucson. Radiology Ltd. employees are also donating items for a yard sale to benefit Habitat Tucson, and will be rolling up their sleeves and helping to build a Habitat for Humanity home.
NATIONAL MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS SOCIETY - ARIZONA CHAPTER
“The National MS Society is a collective of passionate individuals who want to do something about MS now—to move together toward a world free of multiple sclerosis. MS stops people from moving. We exist to make sure it doesn't.” Visit site
BEN'S BELLS PROJECT
“Our mission is to inspire, educate and motivate each other to realize the impact of intentional kindness and to empower individuals to act according to that awareness, thereby changing our world.” Visit site
Radiology Ltd. employees will assist in creating the Ben's Bells - which are beautiful, ceramic wind chimes. Ben's Bells aren't sold - several times a year, hundreds of Ben's Bells are hung randomly in public places around the Tucson area.
AMERICAN RED CROSS - SOUTHERN ARIZONA CHAPTER
“The American Red Cross, a humanitarian organization led by volunteers and guided by its Congressional Charter and the Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross Movement, will provide relief to victims of disaster and help people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies.” Visit site
In April, Radiology Ltd. employees will participate in an American Red Cross Blood Drive at the Wilmot Center for Women's Imaging and Wilmot Center for Diagnostic Imaging and Treatment.
AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION

GABRIEL'S ANGELS
"Gabriel's Angels is the only program in Arizona that delivers healing pet therapy to abused, neglected and at-risk children. Our goals are to instill in children an overall emotional sense of well-being, safety and happiness, and to help them to learn social skills that will prevent them from continuing the cycle of violence as adults." In the summer, 2010 Radiology Ltd. employees will be assisting the Gabriel's Angels program.

COMMUNITY FOOD BANK
“Through education, advocacy and the acquisition, storage and distribution of food, we will anticipate and meet the food needs of the hungry in our community.” Visit site
Radiology Ltd. employees collected 1,000 pounds of non-perishable food in 2009 for the Community Food Bank, which serves Tucson and all of Pima County.
AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY - MAKING STRIDES AGAINST BREAST CANCER FUNDRAISER

Radiology Ltd. employees surpassed their goal of raising $12,000 for 2009 - by raising $17,814 dollars - surpassing the 2009 goal by nearly $6,000! All of the funds, donated to the American Cancer Society, were raised through the 7th Annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk (in which Radiology Ltd. was a Flagship Sponsor), a Golf Tournament, and internal fundraising events at all Radiology Ltd. locations. The internal events included a roller skating party, numerous lunches - from chili in crockpots at the Wilmot Center for Women's Imaging, to funds donated when employees late lunch at such local restaurants as Appleby's and Fuddrucker's.

STUFF THE BUS SCHOOL SUPPLIES DRIVE
In July and August, Radiology Ltd. employees at all nine of our offices collected new, unused school supplies, in anticipation of the new school year, and donated the items to local schools, through World Care. Some of the items collected include: five backpacks, 915 pencils, 211 pens, 55 boxes of crayons, 60 boxes of markers, 83 spiral notebooks, 12 packages of notebook paper, 77 rulers, 74 erasers, and 38 glue sticks. In July, Radiology Ltd. employees at Radiology Ltd. - Carondelet donated 23 productive units of blood, and as a result, local American Red Cross representatives say we saved 60 lives.
DIAPER BANK OF SOUTHERN ARIZONA
“The Southern Arizona Community Diaper Bank serves infants, young children, the disabled, and adults, distributing millions of dollars worth of diaper and incontinence supplies to low-income families (in) Pima County.”
In May and June, Radiology Ltd. employees at all ten office locations, donated 1900 diapers, and raised $422.00, for a total of 4600 diapers donated to the Diaper Bank of Southern Arizona. Visit Site

In March, 80 Radiology Ltd. employees participated in making clay ornaments for the Ben’s Bells Project. We raised $180 and made over 300 clay ornaments.
