Radiology Ltd. 4 Steps to Safety

Patient Pre-Screening

  • Patients screened for COVID risk at the time of scheduling
  • Patients screened a second time during the preregistration process
    online or by phone
  • Payment options available online or by phone to minimize personal contact in centers

Patient Check-in

  • Preregistration online or by phone to minimize personal contact
  • Patients screened at building entrance including a touchless temperature check
  • Social distancing protocols and acrylic barriers have been installed in centers
  • We are only allowing patients in the building at this time

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  • Patient-facing employees wear masks at all times
  • Patients must wear masks at all times
  • Hand hygiene is required to enter any Radiology Ltd. center

Specialized Operational Protocols

  • Enhanced cleaning and disinfection between patients and overnight
  • Employees screened and temperature taking daily
  • Exposure protocols in place for all employees
  • Fewer patients and guests in all offices and centers

 

What is COVID-19?

COVID-19 is a respiratory illness that is transmitted through droplets when an infected person coughs or sneezes.

People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness.

Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea

This list does not include all possible symptoms.
