Manager Mammography West

About the Role:

Radiology Ltd. is seeking a full-time Manager of Mammography to manage the mammography services for our west side locations in Tucson, AZ. We are looking for a natural leader who can provide direction, inspiration, motivation, and leadership to our mammography staff. This individual will be accountable for outstanding quality of mammography services to our patients while developing the staff. The Manager of Mammography reports directly to the Sr. Director of Clinical Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-site outpatient clinic focused on mammography services, including both screening and diagnostic procedures.
• Ensure operational success, including financial management, employee engagement and retention, and optimizing the patient experience.
• Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Operations to supervise clinical and operational activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster positive employee relations.
• Actively seek opportunities for process enhancements and lead initiatives to drive positive changes.
• Work closely with Center Managers to ensure that mammography staff at assigned sites consistently meet performance standards.
• Partner with physician leaders to enhance overall performance and achieve established goals.
• Ensure compliance with accrediting bodies and government agencies, and coordinate necessary reviews, audits, education, and training.
• Identify physical maintenance and equipment needs, coordinate repairs, and address day-to-day physical plant issues.
• Collaborate with the professional relations team to cultivate and maintain community partnerships and relationships.
• Continuously monitor operations and workflow, revise operational procedures as needed, and implement areas for improvement.
• Develop and foster referring physician relationships.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Certified in mammography with ARRT credentials and current Arizona State Licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Associates Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 6-12 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience of 3 or more years required.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.

Work Schedule:

• Hours for this position are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
