This online tool gives you the flexibility to access your health information and other resources between visits to Radiology Ltd. MyRad is available over the internet, which means you can use it virtually anywhere. We hope this new tool will be helpful in your healthcare management.

What is MyRad?

Our portal gives patients secure online access to their Radiology Ltd. records. Once registered and logged in you will be able to:

  • Pre-register for upcoming appointments (update address and billing information)
  • View previous exam history
  • Obtain patient education materials
  • Request exam results and medical records
  • Update your personal profile (phone number, email, change password)
  • Access information regarding the location where your exam is scheduled
  • Create appointment reminders via email or text messaging
  • Pay your bills online
  • Expedite the check-in for your scheduled appointment
  • Access the portal in Spanish

Is There a Fee Associated With MyRad?

No. MyRad is a free service offered to Radiology Ltd. patients.

How Do I Create a MyRad Account?

If you have previously been seen at Radiology Ltd. or have an upcoming appointment, you can request an account online by filling out the request an account form.

Where Can I Access MyRad?

The portal can be accessed anywhere you have internet access. You may use PC and Mac computers, tablets or smartphones.

Can I Add a Family Member to My Patient Account?

No. Each portal account is linked to the patient’s unique identifier.

What if I Forgot My Password?

Resetting your password is easy. Just click on the “Forgot Your Password” link on the patient portal login page to reset your password. If you need additional assistance, contact our patient technical support representatives at 1-866-386-9459 or by sending an email to patientsupport@radltd.com.

How Do I Know MyRad is Secure?

We take great care to ensure your protected health information (PHI) is kept private and secure. Radiology Ltd.’s MyRad is fully compliant with federal and state laws pertaining to your privacy.

Your name and e-mail address will be treated with the same care and privacy given to your health records and will never be sold or leased by Radiology Ltd. Access to information is controlled through secure activation codes, personal identifiers, and passwords. Each person controls their password, and the account cannot be accessed without that password. Your data is housed in a HIPAA compliant environment where access is limited to only Radiology Ltd. When Radiology Ltd. sends or receives your data, it travels only over 256-bit SSL connections and all patient health information carries a 2nd level of encryption to prevent intrusion. Encryption is achieved using AES 256-bit government level security.

  • By submitting this form, you are requesting portal access for exams done at Radiology Ltd only. We are unable to give you portal access to any hospital facility.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Resubmitting duplicate requests will create delays.
  • If you are not the patient, add your relationship to the patient when completing the Requestor’s Full Name field in the form.
  • Our system requires each patient account to have its own unique email address. One email address cannot be attached to multiple accounts. Please make sure the email address you provide is not already being used by another family member, including children.
