Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent patient care, acting with professionalism and empathy at all times.
- Perform precise, prompt, and high-quality PET/CT examinations.
- Select appropriate imaging techniques, operate console and peripheral hardware, and enter and monitor patient data.
- Communicate effectively with radiologists and collaborate efficiently with team members.
- Plan and accomplish goals based on experience and judgment.
- Follow the instructions of the Radiologist and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including physically maneuvering equipment and assisting patients
Qualifications:
The applicant must have current Arizona CNMT and certification for nuclear medicine through ARRT or NMTCB.
- CPR Certification.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sensitivity to patient needs and ability to provide compassionate care.
- Effective team collaboration skills.
- Physical capability to move and position patients.
- This is a safety-sensitive position.
