Breast Patient Navigators

Our Breast Patient Navigators provide support and expedite patient care.

Radiology Ltd. utilizes certified Breast Patient Navigators to assist patients throughout the continuum of breast care, addressing questions regarding their breast health, high-risk status, and imaging recommendations. The Breast Patient Navigators have experience in radiology with a special focus on women’s imaging, breast health, and breast disease.

Our Breast Patient Navigators:

  • Discuss breast biopsy results with patients
  • Answer questions related to the pathology results and follow-up recommendations from the radiologists
  • Support newly diagnosed breast cancer patients in coordinating their next steps in care based on primary care providers’ referral preferences

Early identification of breast cancer risk plays a critical role in improving long-term outcomes.

The American College of Radiology recommends that every woman receive a formal breast cancer risk assessment by age 25, yet many patients have never had one. Radiology Ltd. is pleased to offer FREE, simple breast cancer risk assessments by calling (520) 901-6795.

One of our dedicated Breast Patient Navigators will walk you through the assessment, explain results in clear, plain language, answer questions, and provide guidance on next steps, all while ensuring you feel supported and informed throughout the process.
