Radiology Ltd. utilizes certified Breast Patient Navigators to assist patients throughout the continuum of breast care, addressing questions regarding their breast health, high-risk status, and imaging recommendations. The Breast Patient Navigators have experience in radiology with a special focus on women’s imaging, breast health, and breast disease.
Our Breast Patient Navigators:
- Discuss breast biopsy results with patients
- Answer questions related to the pathology results and follow-up recommendations from the radiologists
- Support newly diagnosed breast cancer patients in coordinating their next steps in care based on primary care providers’ referral preferences
