MyRad is Radiology Ltd.’s secure online patient portal, giving you the flexibility to schedule or reschedule appointments, access your medical records, and view other health information between visits. Using our MyRad Patient Portal, you can manage your care whenever it’s convenient for you, with secure access to your information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

New Patients

If you have previously been seen at Radiology Ltd. or have an upcoming appointment, you can request an account online by filling out the request an account form.

Please read before requesting an account form

  • By submitting this form, you are requesting portal access for exams done at Radiology Ltd only. We are unable to give you portal access to any hospital facility.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Resubmitting duplicate requests will create delays.
  • If you are not the patient, add your relationship to the patient when completing the Requestor’s Full Name field in the form.
  • Our system requires each patient account to have its own unique email address. One email address cannot be attached to multiple accounts. Please make sure the email address you provide is not already being used by another family member, including children.
  • In order to avoid any delays/denials with your request, please make sure that all the necessary fields are filled out correctly including your date of birth and email address.
