Thank you Radiology Limited for such a great experience! From start to finish, everyone made my visit easy and comfortable. The techs were joyful, fun, and very communicative, which put me at ease. They took the time to explain what was happening every step of the way. At check-in, there was a small insurance issue, but the front desk team was so patient and helpful in resolving it. They even managed to get me in for some last-minute X-rays that otherwise would have required me to come back—such a time saver! I truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and extra effort from everyone I encountered. Thank you all for turning what could have been a stressful visit into such a positive one.

It was a great experience. All of the staff were kind, patient and really care about treating people well. Brittany did my CT Scan. She was an expert putting in the IV. I didn’t feel it at all. She made sure that I was comfortable and explained everything in detail without talking down to me. She was extremely kind and professional. Thank you so very much.

From the minute walked in to when I left several hours later I was treated with courtesy and respect by people who knew their business. There was no inappropriate delay nor was there any rush. Procedures and expectations were fully explained and questions completely answered. The atmosphere was friendly and supportive while completely professional. I highly recommend the Camp Lowell Imaging Center.
